Design & Construction Management Services was formed December of 2003 to offer a complete design/build service for the
commercial environment. We focus on office space that ranges from 500 square feet to 5000 square feet.
Our professional staff has extensive hands on knowledge of design and construction processes which helps us act quickly.
We continue to reinforce our links with the industry while creating relationships with new members of our networking community.
President & CEO, has an Associates degree in Architecture
along with 13 years experience with Facilities Management, Design, Project Supervision, and Space Planning. Matt has designed office layouts from New York to Florida, including modular furniture design/build.
Vice-President & Treasurer, has a Bachelors degree in nursing and
has been a registered nurse for 9 years. Crystie is currently employed at Lexington OB/GYN & Associates and after hours she assists with scheduling, accounting, plan and scope of work review. Crystie also assists the designers with design ideas and functionality for medical office layouts.
